This is a portrait of my sister that is not a particular likeness and somewhat skewed because she kept moving despite requesting (repeatedly) that I draw her. And a little drawing that I did on a road trip. Working on a laptop in a car is hard.
The other night I saw Harvey Milk and Oxbow play in Manchester - Harvey Milk were incredible and Oxbow were, well, kind of weird and unpleasant to listen to (I sure do have a twisted sense of fun) but the bass drum felt like it gave my heart a new rhythm. That was pretty cool. Anyway, no one comes here to hear about musical experiences, have some drawings. These are from a while ago, from my sketchbook, drawn of people on the television. I wish I had something more recent that I can actually show, but hey. Soon hopefully.
Was totally on autopilot drawing this, quick (okay, maybe 2 hours) warm-down between working and going out. I love robots. Next step: keep the pace and rough rendering, but actually illustrate something.
